Growing rapidly, Cansel wanted to plan for continued success with a solution that could scale with their increasing business. This would mean giving their customers a more modern, efficient digital experience that could respond to real-time business needs.
As part of their commitment to help customers operate more efficiently, Cansel decided to invest in an ecommerce initiative that would enable their customers to more easily buy products and services online.
Cansel selected SMITH for this strategic initiative based on our deep understanding of the B2B market and the unique business and technological complexities that impact organizations like Cansel.
SMITH is now working on redesigning Cansel.ca and launching Cansel’s B2B commerce platform.
Work with this client is ongoing. The first phase of the website is scheduled to go live in 2016.
SMITH will redesign Cansel.ca and launch Cansel’s B2B commerce platform on SAP hybris from the ground up, including strategy, experience design, solution delivery, hosting, and post-solution support. The solution will provide additional tools to help support Cansel customers through a smooth online purchasing experience, such as buying on account, account pricing, repeat orders, and optimization for internal approval process.
