Tony is a seasoned executive, who brings extensive experience in commerce, CRM, and consulting to his role at SMITH. Prior to joining SMITH, Tony served as Executive Vice President of Customer Strategy Services and Management Consulting Group for Merkle, and was a member of Merkle’s Executive Committee. Before that, Tony was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent more than 10 years with IBM Global Business Services, holding several executive positions, including North American leader for IBM’s Smarter Commerce Growth Initiative and General Manager for the Southeast Asian Growth Market.
