Experiential Commerce Agency SMITH Scores W³ Awards for AT&T Eco-Rating Videos

B2B videos educating AT&T customer sales representatives about AT&T’s device “BuyBack” recycling program (featuring Eco-Ratings 2.0) and data transfer capabilities recognized for excellence in writing, branded content, videography, and educational content.

Seattle, WA. – SMITH, an independent experiential commerce agency, is pleased to announce its recent sales force readiness videos for AT&T has earned Gold and Silver awards at this year’s 10th annual W³ Awards. Receiving over 4,800 entries, the W3 Awards recognize excellence in web and mobile sites, online marketing, video, apps, social content, and more produced by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide.

SMITH's award-winning sales force readiness videos respond to a need to develop two informational videos designed to educate AT&T retail sales representatives, one about the company’s device “BuyBack” program and its Eco-Ratings 2.0 program, and the other about data transfer capabilities for customers purchasing new devices.  In response, SMITH produced a pair of educational and fun-to-watch sales readiness videos: AT&T Ready2Go and Mobile Transfer and AT&T Device Buyback Program and Eco-rating 2.0.

Working in tandem with our regular video production company partner, SMITH conceived and wrote the video scripts, scouted the shoot location, vetted talent, executed the shoot and post-production work, and drove consensus among numerous AT&T stakeholders throughout the process.
